Truth, but in most other cases of overly large shoulders, they simply protrude outward. Here, they form little pyramids on each shoulder.

I love how the slightest bit of increase in exercise or weightlifting causes SF member's bodies to explode with muscle, making it necessary for them to flip all of their clothes in B & S.

I think it's a combination of too big + overly structured shoulder + poorly constructed shoulder.
