You have to go clubbing in Berlin.

Go to Berghain and Tresor. Proper techno clubs. Berghain could be tricky to get into though. You might want to read up online on strategies on how to not get rejected at the door.

Pret is OK but they rarely change their menu which gets annoying after a while. I moved away from the UK 3 years ago, went back for a short trip this past Xmas and they had pretty much the exact same stuff. Their bread-less sandwiches are killing it though.

EAT is where it's at, IMHO

Maybe in NY but it's just about the cheapest meal you can get in DT London other than McDonalds

Looking at the menu, US Pret is pretty terrible. UK, even HK, Pret has much better offerings.

RFT: Looking for recommendations for a pair of looser fitting pants, thinking wool or some kind of wool / linen blend etc... I like these from Siki Im but they're sold out. Where else should I be looking? Preferably not $300 as well.

And best places to eat cheap?

Stores have pretty much been covered. Worth a wander around Jermyn Street/Picadilly if you've got any interest in menswear.

If you're after cheap food there are plenty of small independent cafes and sandwich shops, particularly if you walk a street or two away from the main tourist streets.

It's been in the low 30s (F) with North Easterly winds blowing down from Siberia adding a wind chill most of the last few weeks - plenty cool enough for tweed. It did come out nice yesterday afternoon - I was in the garden in shirt sleeves.

The cheapest way of entertaining yourself in London are museums and galleries - all the major ones are free apart from special exhibitions.

Go find that one tree-lined path that MoK used to take lots of fitpics at. Free and you'll collect thumbs.

You were at Coachella?  What did you get to see?  Where did you stay?

How tall are you? post a pic, I don't think it's possible to weigh 110 and look chubby at all, if you're average height
