i have yet to find a T I like as much as the uu ones. really wish uniqlo had the rights to continue to putting those out (or maybe they do and just don't).

Would it be terrible to shorten a Raf blazer? peepwall[1].gif Might have to shorten the sleeves too.

I love UU tees as well (the 3/4 sleeve skull tee I wear almost every day) but my Acne tees havent changed over two years, after tons of washings etc. and they have the best neckline and drape. The two that I have I got for like 30$ on sale and I would wear them exclusively if not for price.

Hmmm...that's why I like the UU tees. May have to check out the Acne ones then. Thanks.

Acne is heads and shoulders above UU. But way more expensive

edit - when are you coming to our many NYC meetups? foo.gif

i started buying american apparel loose fit summer crew necks. they're my favorite t-shirts. i size up one (true medium/48 to a large) and like the fit. despite the name, they're pretty slim in the chest (sizing up gives me a normal fit there). i'm pretty tall and my torso is proportionally long, but it's still pretty long on me. i probably wouldn't recommend it if you're short. i found them a bit bigger in the shoulder than i liked, but washed and dried them on high heat and it shrunk them to pretty much a perfect fit. i like the cotton better than uniqlo's (regular and premium), and the neck is slightly loose but not too much - ideal for me. i wish they made more colors (or shades rather).

how's the fabric? i'm still looking for a non-insulating uber light tee for the unbearable summer that's on the horizon

aa loose summer crew is pretty good, but it seems the sizing varies alot between shirts. or maybe between colors. I bought 4 at once in different colors and they all fit a bit differently, mostly in the sleeves. I dont know why they run a size small if 'loose' is in the name.

fabric is ok, nothing to write home about, but not bad either. shrinks alot with a tumble dry.
