90$ for a sturdy 100% cotton hoodie made in the US, 10-year guarantee which means that if you get a rip or a seam comes loose within 10 year after purchase, they will pay for shipping both ways and patch it up

Yeah, but if this

is their way of 'making whole' again.. Ill just have it done myself

mending hoodies should be a cultural thing

like, your hoodie gets a rip, so you leave it in a basket at your local church

and it's just assumed that the priest will mend it for you and leave it on your doorstep after about a week

you won't even have to stick a name tag on the hoodie or anything, because the clergy knows exactly which hoodies belong to whom. they're all up in everyone's business like that.

These kickstarters are so boring. I don't want to support hoodies. Wake me up when someone decides to kickstark some reverse lion backzips.

I prefer my lionskin boots fur side out so everyone knows what great beast they came from

you some kind of nouveau riche ? fur side out is such a faux pas

So it's mane-area? How else does one recognize lion pelt? (I would have gone with tiger or cheetah, myself.)

And FTR -- if boringly -- darning of worn clothes was very much a cultural thing before the disposable era, though moreso within families (grandma's day-job) as opposed to among them.

When did Yoox start charging sales tax? I have never been charged before until today. wtf?
Do they ship from within your state?

They aren't adding it to Canadian orders, but that would never make sense anyway.

Yup, def takes away some of the fun

On a different note, it sucks when my order arrives, I try it on, it looks badass, quality feels nice, etc. Then the next day I find a little flaw somewhere that completely drains away my enjoyment of the piece. Like, no one else would notice it, but the fact that I do kills my buzz.

I really should just take the zen approach and accept the wabi sabiness of it all
