vodka doesn't give me a hangover so i'm trying to drink it straight/with soda.

(wish i could do martinis but got gastroenteritis after drinking one and now vermouth and i do not get along)

what's the SF approved vodka?

Danny Brown wins at doing the most drugs in semi-mainstream rap... that's about it. Harry Fraud also somewhat overrated as a producer.

I like Hangar One for vodka.

Try this: 2 parts vodka/gin of choice, 1 part St. Germaine, lime wedge/splash of lime juice, (tonic optional)

^ commonly known as a French Gimlet, would consider swapping lime for cucumber if using certain more floral gins such as Hendricks

Those great labels that sprung up in the 80s and 90s, like SST, Touch and Go, Sub Pop, and Dischord, came about as a way for bands to put out the music they liked without having to go through the major labels. The bands were all totally poor and just did it because they loved music (until grunge anyway). Kind of ironic that Slimane made his name by co-opting the look born out of that ethos for the super rich, upscale Dior corporation.

Marc Jacobs did it way before Slimane though with his 1992 grunge collection for Perry Ellis. Also

Try Titos Handmade Vodka. Awesome vodka and an awesome price.

You probably also think Kendrick Lamar is the best rapper ever.

What do you dislike about Danny?

Lamar's great, but he's definitely not the only rapper doing worthwhile stuff right now.

I do this in varying proportions mixed with champagne; delicious (vodka)

my go-to is ketel 1, but everyone has their favorites. I always enjoy sampling small-batch offerings. Ketel or grey goose are easy to have on hand, and I think that both make a good drink.

If you're going gin, try a "chunnel" : 2.5 measures floral gin, .5 elderflower (adjust for sweetness - I think the usual recipe calls for 2:1), 3/4 meyer lemon juice (again, adjust as desired). One of my favorite gin cocktails.

I had to bolster the last of my sipsmith's vodka martini with smirnoff tonight; it was a horrible experience.

I just drink black label when I'm out (unless im at some mixology type place) and I had the privilege of paying $15 for one this past Saturday night at a house club in Hollywood

my comment was more in regards to thinking that DB does the "most" drugs of any mainstream rapper.

xxx the song, and album, are amazing.

smirnoff? I bought a bottle of that a few weeks ago; too harsh. Not horrible or anything, I guess. I am not educated enough to put words to it, but something about smirnoff's taste does not sit right with me. I would rather drink vodkatonics made with danoff's cheapest swill than try to make something I enjoy out of the smirnoffs I've had (have not had them all, I assume)

Most places charge way too much for black label. If I'm going to spend that much, Id rather buy some other scotch.

need to find another mainstream go-to
