Didn't you see Field of Dreams, man?

I actually need your guys' help on a recommendation. She's kind of small, so I fear she would be lost in a Schneider scarf. Something a little smaller and a little lighter weight would be ideal.

If you guys want a little warm and fuzzy story, my daughter and her daughter were already friends at school, and her daughter recommended that I become her Mom's boyfriend. So, they came back from sabbatical in New Zealand early "just to see what I was up to". icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

I just found a really great deal on some norse projects chinos and some chipweas, and neither fit. :( I'm heartbroken.

If you want something a little fashiony/interesting, I really liked Dries van Noten's collection for this winter. For example, if I hadn't already gotten Jen and me both craploads of stuff, I'd be tempted to get this "Marscapone" scarf:

And they have good print scarves as well. There is also a brand on LN-CC with which I am not familiar, but which looks awesome.

If you want to splurge, it's hard to go wrong with Faliero Sarti:

and Italian prices for them are much more reasonable than US prices, though the cashmere versions are still pretty spendy. The smaller and more lightweight ones, by comparison, are a real bargain.

Thanks, Fok. The black Mascarpone scarf just might be the ticket! I did see those Sarti scarves- very nice. Maybe I till get her one after we have been together for more than two weeks wink.gif

Apparently, I am now referred to as her 'clothes horse'. I couldn't imagine a woman ever being so accepting of my slight clothing obsessions. inlove.gif

Anyone know how Ann D pants fit?

I want some loose upper block, heavy taper relaxed pants and these seem to fit the bill.

Hard to judge the fit though since the model is super skinny but has wide hips and wear a size L.

Speaking of gifts for girls...
My friend is letting me stay at her house in Italy FOR FREE. What should I get her as a gift to say thanks?!

Jewellery is prob inappropriate. I was thinking shoes/booties? I know her size already..
