gonna keep the leather, really like it and feel good wearing it! also got a lot of good reception on it when I wore it to a show last night. just wish the music had been better uhoh.gif

I'm depressed. Current GI watch caps are only about half as thick as they used to be. I tried the Goretex version, and it's exactly as awkward as I expected a layer of Goretex inside a knit cap to be. Do I really have to fork out $100+ for a Buzz Rickson watch cap that I am likely to leave somewhere?

The problem with people that wear Paul Harnden is that they all  wear only PH and style themselves / dress exactly like Paul

 

The same thing happens with people that get really into Thom Browne I guess.

 

Are there other designers that wear only their line and have legions of fans that do the same?

I thought about rick owens, and while he only wears his own label, i've only seen him wearing his more "gym wear" stuff.  it seems like his diehard fans are really into the leather jackets and stuff like that, but I'm not sure he styles himself in the same way.

edit: Now that I look back at it I should have reworded my final question in the first post to include the bit about styling yourself exactly like the designer does as well.  I guess I only mentioned that in my original thoughts about it.

I don't get it

He also wears Zebra Katz merch (everyone in fashion jerked off to IMA READ or so it seems).
