I doubt cat piss will ever - EVER - get out. It's not anything like cigarettes from a night out IMO.

I used this method after you posted last time and it worked like a charm. Vodka and other things don't work as well for some reason as it reduces smell temporarily but not permanently

what's the actual material composition of this jacket?

 

lots of stuff is marked dry-clean only but can probably be hand-washed, or washed on a gentle cycle in a front loader.

Glad it worked for you. I'm not sure how well it works on liquid induced odors, but figured it was worth a shot. I've got plenty of experience being the only non-smoker (and taking care of my occasional cigar).
