Ah shit I missed yoga talk by one page. Noooooooooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

am not at all familiar with any, but which kind of class did you go to ? i'm likely signing up for yin yoga as it seems to be good for stretching connective tissues. i do enough compound lifts and core work on my own otherwise.
