I was just really taken aback. Kinda bemused amused too. And this is kind of mean I guess, but it's even weirder hearing people relay "fashion rules" to you when they themselves are pretty clearly not as knowledgeable about or don't have as much of an eye for fashion as you do.

Family + rft: my dad was rocking white hidden placket under black crewneck w skinny plum jeans (he's thinner than I am) and brown suede brogue boots on xmas eve. Absolutely killing it. I felt outswagged in my ijevan, slutty tee, black jeans and gray boots.

Post some fam photos man; or get your dad on SF. Expecting similarly rutilant locks. Maybe pop-istasi has crazy coke bottle stories as well?

Honestly, Epaulet would win all around for you but you are right: collars are slightly taller than GVB. You should try the Epaulet Ashland shirts--made by Gitman, actually, and nice slim cut, but with smaller collars than standard Epaulet shirting. Pretty sure you and I wear same size tops (6'3 / 175) and M fits me perfectly.

W+H oxfords are nice but sleeves can be inconsistent in length, though TBH I've not tried one of the most recent season's on. I laughed.
