Paypal's policy is that buyer foots the bill on return shipping, are you sure the pre-paid label wasn't at the seller's expense?

Wide lats and chest paired with relatively narrow shoulders make the fashunz a frustrating, return-heavy hobby. As is, pretty much the only way the shoulders aren't at least a bit too big is if I sacrifice mobility elsewhere by going down a size.
