I'm not the biggest fan of the way the Tres Bien model is pulling off the look. His tee is clingy and doesn't have the same "grace" as the pants/shoes. But I've seen others do it well-- pretty sure Jil Sander runway looks have done it a bunch.

Back to bike chains, this kind of chain is easy to break with just a bolt cutter? I thought it was pretty safe :|

That particular chain is OK, but do you really want to lug around 10 lbs? A good u lock serves pretty much the same purpose; if a person really wants to break a u lock they can also break that one.

I just wear it around my waist like a boss. Its NBD. Plus it lets me lock my bike to things that a Ulock can't handle.

As long as its safe thats cool with me

Yep, it works. Pretty much all of kryptonite stuff is reliable, the hate on chain locks is generally for the flimsy crap chains/cables that bike shops often sell to new riders.
