I do feel like it's tough for average build guys (neither very thin nor very athletic) to wear stuff from designers who cut clothes oversized. Especially if all your other clothes are generally fitted, it can make you look like you mis-sized that one piece, and/or it will look very "normal." I might look like my dad, just my dad wearing a black denim jacket.

I love NY. Ripped a button off my N(N) Napoleon jacket. Found a very similar button (Number Nine has custom buttons) within a block of my office, had it repaired by a nice polish lady for a dollar below my office, and back to work in less than 10 minutes.

I have that Siki Im denim jacket in raw indigo. I really like it. Denim is Cone selvedge if that matters to you (on both black and raw). Fit is pretty TTS. Same goes for sweatshirts.

Stupid ass capital one trying to stop my cop so I had to check those fools. Told them there will be a lot more purchases in the next two weeks.

DHL has such a crappy website. Anyone have an idea of how long it would take a parcel from Germany to reach the U.S. using their cheapest method (I don't know which this is, or if it's all the same)? They're usually pretty quick, so I'd guess within a week but wanted to double check.

Amex is the best but I have zero percent on purchases for 18 mos, high credit line and no foreign transaction fees (bc of my cigar vendors). Plus I get some shitty rewards points.

PS. I think the call center is in manila because every time I have to call for suspected fraud they all sound like they speak tagalog.

I gave my card a fucking long list of my kop spots, both foreign and domestic. Not had an issue since.

I run into that problem too from Capital One. Fraud alerts galore when ordering stuff, guess it's good to know that they're vigilant?

Yes I tried that it doesn't work, company dependent I imagine but all the ones I've used it's the same shit. It's probably triggered by an algorithm it doesn't matter how many notes they put on your account it seems.

Luckily it's quick and automated most of the time.

Those 0% interest cards are a scam.. They will only offer them to users who never carry a balance. I just had a call the other day that offered 0% with a 20k limit. Useless since I'm now on a 1.5% money back card. The fun part is that it is that the money back is paid out annually, so it's a pleasant surprise.

Why is it a scam? It's just a promotional thing to get you to use their services. Once the time runs up, stop using that card if you don't like the interest rate/rewards.

it's a scam because you have to give up rewards, be it cash or points, in order to get the 0%. Generally only offered to people that don't carry a balance.
