I'm looking for the exact same thing aswell! I'm going to NYC next week, where would I have the best chance of finding pants like this? I am on some kind of budget, but I'm grateful for all the information I get.

If anyone has ever picked up a pair of Silent Damir Doma trousers can you let me know if a M = 48? It is marked as "skinny" and not sure if a L would be better. TIA

Medium is more than enough in my experience. Maybe it's marked skinny because they taper a lot? Which model are you looking at?
