I've found that clothes from Asia also have shorter sleeves. Even if everything else fits perfectly, the sleeves are always too short for me. frown.gif

I think that'd be a great idea, brad

More and more I watch Game of Thrones, the more I think their costumes were designed by Incarnation and Cloak-era Plokhov

Hey guys, can anyone help me point out some influences of eastern/Asian cultures affecting haute cultures and styles. How does this reflect culture etc?

Which designers are like that or can anyone point me out to a good place to look? Much thanks, i hope to make a presentation out of this. I am interested but because I am short on time, am hoping that someone can show me in the general direction. smile.gif

Anyone have camera advice? I've been thinking about a new, nicer one. I'm obviously no photographer, but something that could take pretty accurate photos of clothes, people, environment, etc. would be nice. I'm not looking for specific recommendations, more just a pointer in the right direction for learning a bit more (either elsewhere on SF or off-site).

I haven't bought a camera in like 8 years, but it looks like you can get a decent DSLR for pretty cheap. Megapixels don't matter as much as the size of the ccd/sensor, but as long as it's a dslr and not a prosumer/all-in-one/silliness the image quality should be fine.

Basically, it's like buying a laptop nowadays. All the specs have reached a point where even sticking with the midrange hum drum models will give you nice performance.

I could, of course, be totally wrong

I asked this before regarding cameras with no response but what is a good tripod for the Canon s90?

Yeah, but most of the cameras I've seen come with perty good factory lenses. You'll only need to get into the $$$ stuff if you want high sensitivity or focal ranges that aren't possible with the factory model

the canon t3i's are only 500 bucks on amazon right now.. insane price for a fantastic starter camera.
