loose summer tees from AA are the best value imo

I'm 6'2" and skinny as a rod. UNIQLO size small Ts and medium JCrew slim fits work well on me, but I like my Ts fairly short (i.e. end just below my belt).

Those are nice and long but the sleeves are mysteriously huge frown.gif T-shirts that are long enough but also cheap are hard to find at when you're 6' and a 36/46. I'm not even that tall or skinny!

Also, shot in the dark, but does anyone know a 19cm-ish fitting jean that's black warp/white weft and has stretch in it? Can no longer tolerate non-stretch jeans ...

I think I talked my way into writing a piece about south Korean designers for a school magazine.

I think at the moment I have too many ideas (a few stalwarts a few new ones, south Koreans vs Korean Americans, the strong apparel manufacturing industry, rise of consumerism). I've never done anything like this before. I dislike the way most fashion write ups are written (almost like bullsht art criticism) and hope to write something a little different.

Anybody have tips or ideas or feedback or guidance they could give?

To be honest, I find these types of pieces a little boring. Big general statements about the rise of consumerism and manufacturing and SKs vs KAs, even if they are backed up by references (which will be hard, and yeah, too generalising), just seem to me to be things that people can notice for themselves or not; people are either already going to know, or not care anyway. And (correct me if I'm wrong) I'm not sure whether the case of South Korea would be so unique as to be something people haven't read similar stories before (noracist).

I'd be much more interested in seeing the "few stalwarts, a few new ones" with a couple of illustrations for each and a nice write up. Korean designers are not something I've been exposed to.

That's what i'd find interesting anyway. Maybe people who don't have an interest in fashion would think differently.

I've seen this complaint on here more than once, and it totally baffles me. I'm a pretty tall guy (6'5"), and I've never had an issue with American Apparel t-shirts being too long. Is it a specific style that they make that's really short?

On a related note, what do the skinny/tall people on here do for button-up shirts? (biz-cas work environment-related)
