You might mention that they're all "coming soon" so people don't head over there looking for nonexistent stock.
I did this when I received the email. shog[1].gif

Same here. I like the military/biker-inspired look the most, but that seems to be out for (at least) the next couple of seasons. I might be done for the year once the stores receive their last BBS shipments.confused.gif

you saw those woven NSW's too eh?

Yes I did, and aside from the hype, they did not 'wow' me.

Did not even get to try my size on FWIW so who knows, maybe Synthese is correct and they are the most comfortable things on the planet at the moment. Probably are as most of the recent Nike shoes like Free and LunarIon soles do feel great on feet.

I probably will get a pair if new shipment arrives. Will also take the dive into Gyakusou this F/W '12

havent seen em in person either but i do admire their minimalism. everyone over 40 that i know wears those religiously though and i saw a photo of bruce willis rocking em. maybe they know something i dont. i did try on the hypertrainers and they weren't comfortable but the lunarsoles that i think the flyknits are based off of were light as a feather and super comfy though.

Personally if I had to choose between the two, the Free sole and its iterations are much better on my feet than Lunar in terms of stability. It may mean though that the Lunar sole is just working out the smaller muscle groups in my calves and ankle (?). In all I just feel the Lunar sole pivots more and causes me to keep more focus on balance, which is not a bad thing.

We should take this convo to the Nike thread if need btw smile.gif

how much are you looking to spend? I like manetamed in williamsburg, pretty reasonable, she's vidal sassoon trained and will do exactly what you tell her very well. if you want to spend a little more, hard to go wrong with tommy guns, locations in the burg and in the LES.

^ I feel like if you already know what you want, you can just go to a barber for pretty cheap and see if they can do it. That's what I've been doing and it's been working fine. I also get haircuts every two or three weeks so it can add up.

That said it's probably easier going to one of those places than finding a competences barber

Apologies for another boring sizing question.

To Dior 19cm owners:

How should I size them?

My waist is 34.5" where I wear jeans. I take 31 in APC PS, 32 in Uniqlo pants & 33 in Uniqlo T-000.
