http://parkandbond.tumblr.com/post/29413898397/rick-owens-intarsia-leather-jacket-for-those#notes

"“For those that respect Rick, but think they can’t pull off his look, we proudly present a leather jacket tailor-made to change some minds.”

That jacket is worn pretty much the way it's intended to be worn. Most people can pull off Rick Owens if they buy the right size, and go Full Rick, or at least full synergy Rick. I think that the only pieces that can be worn out of context are his more normally proportioned hoodies, which are essentially just well made hoodies in interesting, usually black toned colors.

I challenge Namor to send in pictures of himself in a penguin tee and khakis and Aldens, with that jacket on, and see if it passes muster.

I really want a Rick leather. The one Parker has is nice

^ high collars are pretty extreme too as far as his leathers go imo. unless you just wear it down all the time which sort of defeats the purpose. not the jacket I would pick to take out of its element.

that jacket is really ugly.

Really? It's pretty damn basic looking, I really can't see anything offensive about it (other than that the leather looks a little thin for F/W)

Stitching looks fine to me (isn't that pretty normal for a Rick leather?), but I agree the material does look cheap. Hasn't Rick's quality gone down over the years pretty substantially?

The stitching is just the intarsias signature design detail.

It is normal for a Rick leather ... that doesn't mean it looks good. To me, anyway.
