having said that we were about the same but i've (intentionally) gained some weight, now i have thousands of pounds worth of tailored clothes that don't fit. plain.gif

well, i live right by broadway market, which is the hipster/fashionista capital of the UK. so it's possible my perceptions are skewed.
a (slim) friend of my gf's came to stay recently and after a couple of days wanted to leave again, she was freaked out that all the men walking around had skinnier legs than she did.

sipang, you are so angry lately! your shah is showing. you need a long stroll through the conceptual forest, and some chocolates.

I had to go to the Gap recently and I'll say this: There's a lot of interesting print tops for women that I'd wear if they were over in the men's section. But, of course, the men's section remains a solids, stripes, and plaids trifecta of blandness.

I think low-rise boxer briefs from Uniqlo may have changed my life.

Currently wearing a jacket that is slightly too cropped and slightly tight on the shoulders. Not a fan.

does anyone else ever get the feeling that jacket armholes are cut too far backwards (if you were looking from the side)? results in tight armpits, center back seams that you could split open, and too much material in the front. maybe I should make a diagram.

Lots of jackets are actually the opposite for me, where the excess material dangles in the back

Perhaps it's a posture thing?

Like, if my posture and your posture merged, they'd cause a supernova
