I have a 28" waist too and the smallest Uniqlo size (marked as 28") were huge in the waist when I tried them

i remember i emailed lagarconne about some measurements some time ago and they said their stock is offsite and couldn't provide them , then proceeded to tell me what size the model wore even though the same information was posted on their site, useless

How come we don't have more threads specifically for one designer?

Gets too hard to follow I would assume? SW&D seems to buy from brands that are already discussed here in depth like Ervell and Geller or on SZ for Dick Ovens et al.

Pretty much this, which only adds to my astonishment that the Yohji thread continues to not only remain free of such dialogue, but also churn out so many informative posts.

When stuff is so drapey, nobody can tell if you bought the wrong size

The guys on the Yohji thread are all a lot nicer and knowledgeable rather than being snobs about it.

Most other threads create some type of barrier of entry and/or just people buying into the hype rather than understanding the actual garments

Doesn't really seem to be a big problem on SF IMO. People are generally willing to help if you're not asking totally inane questions
