Tempted to just start bulking up again because I'm tired of being a lot smaller than I usually am. but then I can only wear Rick and luxe lounge stuff frown.gifffffuuuu.gif

Speaking of that, does anyone have suggestions on footwear to go with something like Rick drop crotch shorts besides the horrendous Rick sneaks? Would like to keep it <$7-800

Hahaha, it's weird man, I've worked out for so long though it's just 'normal' to me. I actually haven't picked up 'heavy' weights in about 3 months to fit in clothes better. Been doing nothing but machines and body weight exercises. It's gotten really boring.

that doesnt offend me in the least (duh), and it probably doesn't for anybody who grew up in Europe or outside of N. America in general - tits are just tits, you can go to the beach and see a bunch of them. That ad is not in good aesthetic taste, but it's not pornography.

would your feet grow/flatten out if you stopped lifting so much? serious question. You have a sz 52 shirt in your sig and 8.5 shoes. I wear the 8.5 shoes but wear a 44-46 shirt.

My joints are tiny and I have an extreme arch (I guess possibly from sprinting so much my whole life?). When I started lifting I was the same height I am right now at about 130lbs. I've gotten up to a lean 195 before (a not so lean 180 right now) but of course my joints are the same.

I been lifting heavy as fuck (more than usual) past couple of weeks and love it. I just don't consume so much protein that I keep growing and I ramp up intensity for the same.

Something about bulking up for summer that I love.

Lol, lifting heavy and to TRUE failure is the ONLY thing that has ever made me grow along with a ton of guys I've trained. That's a weak statement. Heavy/intense lifting IS the best for growth, with any body type IMO. Oh yeah, let's not forget the fat burning capabilities teacha.gif

Arguing about the 'best' way to workout is pointless though, everybody believes what they want. Although 90% of this garbage online is completely ridiculous and is over saturated with knowledge from guys who have no idea what they're talking about.

P.S. I'm not an internet big guy satisfied.gif

This is 'fashion' thoughts though and my original post was correlated to footwear for the Rick aesthetic so let's get back to that.
