Perhaps. I guess it depends on if we're talking about a crude facsimile or a close replica. If the former then yeah there's no real reason for it to not happen (and those viscose shirts from AA do at least bear some resemblance). If the latter then I'm not really surprised - I think about the details on Silent tees, for example, and they're differentiating enough that I have a hard time imagining any mass production label being able to integrate them into their production lines without having to price themselves into a weird spot.

dude, im just being real with you, plus I only buy unstable cotton shirts if they are in the $100 range (never retail..well sometimes), that is the cost of 3 american apparel. Rather have one than 3 shitty shirts. Plus, most of you guys don't even want rick ts, silent is perfect for most of you, and you can get it even cheaper.

I also get Julius shirts from japan, used/or new for $80-100, and julius rayon shirts are really sturdy, and hold their shape better when actually moving. I have zero holes on my julius shirts, unless they are the ones with a hem that reach the knees asymmetrically, cuz I sit on it.

Replicating this shit, I dunno how easy or hard it is, but its never going to be the same, and if it matters to you that much you're going to pay the premium. Its not like I want to pay high prices just to own a t-shirt you can't, so its hardly elitist.

Another factor you guys are ignoring is time/materials/labor cost. If you are making your own shirts, and buying the material itself, that's all a cost. If it takes you 30 hours to make a shirt, and it costs a certain amount for materials. that is time (money forgone) that you you lost in spending time to make your own clothes. If we factor all this together you might end spending the same amount of "money" in the end.

Does anyone else browse on their smartphone? And click for next page at the bottom and miss a tiny bit and get that invisble myhabit link that seems to occupy the bottom right of the screen? So fucking annoying

Lane where are you buying $80 Julius tees

Seems to work for me on iOS. I don't have trouble with thumbs either

yahoo auction.jp
mbok.jp
rakuten.jp

and at the end of the season you can snag them for retail for $80-$150.

In fact 80% of them are retail. ive even obtained this older season julius shirt that is heavily waxed for $100 brand new with tags from rakuten, julius ts dont sell out quickly, and rick ones you can snag for $100+ at thecorner/antonioli easily as well during sales.

also, if you want cheap rick tanks, buy nicholas and mark ones (made in the same factory), or camp yoox, they usually go for $60. I bought all my tanks from yoox, shit you guys should be paying me for this knowledge :P

Browsing SF on a smartphone is fucking ridiculous. How can a company devoted entirely to making incredibly expensive forum software not have a decent mobile version?

Tumblr, on the other hand, has a really good mobile format. Not relevant, but still worth saying smile.gif

also tumblr's mobile app is really not that good. the infinite scrolling eventually consumes all your ram and crashes the app.

I don't think you really understand the volume zara sells at in EU. Makes j crew looks tiny. Also I don't think that goth ninja is a thing in spain.
