99% of the people in sw&d have no idea how to put an outfit together. i think it's because many are young and only have a few nice things but there are also those who have nice pieces strung together in ridiculous and incoherent ways

Also many of us live in tiny little burgs. There is no one to look at here at Hinterland U, and nowhere good to try clothes on before I buy them.

But you're right. Overall there's a lot more discussion about individual pieces than there is about overall looks.

Nevermind, fixed my boots. False alarm. Saddle soap, microfiber, saddle brush, a bottle of wine and a few hours in front of the fireplace have come through for me. Whew.
