marxs ideology doesnt propose totalitarianism, even though in practice it has devolved into that.
explain your point preeze

As most human activity can feasably fall under the category of production, state claims of all means of production necessitates totalitarianism.

Unless you're an anarchocommunist in which case you're not really in the marxist tradition anyway but that's also unworkable bullshit espoused by rich suburban kids who are filled with class guilt and hate "the system" so that doesn't really count.

i think communism is one of the most retarded ideologies in existence (and its watered down social democratic forms), but yah you're right that marxist ideology in a way necessitates totalitarianism, but no where in marx's literature did he propose for example, a one party system...

Edit: I actually don't feel like talking about communism on the internet at all redface.gif

"I think current fashion is too American. It's T-shirts and shorts all the time. I think we need some proper elegance to enhance the atmosphere a bit." - Yohji Yamamoto. Found it while looking at his (totally weird, strangely awesome) spring 2011 collection. I'm such a slob in the summer—T's and shorts all the time. Want to try to dress a little better this year, hence the interest in people's s/s favorites.

Shah, did you ever buy that Dries tank you were considering a while back? It looked amazing. Hope you did.

Insufferable fashion commentary > insufferable political commentary

I won't suffer it

The fact that Communism was intended for a fully industrialized society and only ever attempted in agrarian societies kinda fucked it from the start.

sure that's nice and all, but how do they size their GATs?

I usually wear jeans and lightweight cotton button-ups with the sleeves rolled up, I'm thinking I need to upgrade my fabricz, though.  Linen-blend shirts, maybe?  Anyone have recommendations?

quote is on point

Indeed the shipping was listed as UK-only and I was not able to negotiate a suitable price for delivery to Neptune. Would have been perfect to pair with some linens and tissuepaper layers

It's hard to gauge fabric weight online. I have good lightweight shirts from mmm, dries, etc but MTM may be your best bet. I get shirts made up by mytailor.com using Acorns batiste fabric (they call it Zephyr) to supplement those.
