I'm going to put "sweatpants" in my list of "trends I'm not going to get aboard with", right under hiking boots. If any of you F***ers except maybe Kunk comes around wearing sweatpants, I swear that I will pants you.

It's nice to not have to carry a bag but it's also nice to have a bag, know what I mean? Back before my wallet broke I kept my wallet in my pocket but still you have your cell phone and your keys... it's just not possible, I've got too much **** to bring with me for work and play (also I keep an extendable ASP baton in my bag).

It's not just "another one of those studies." You do your cancer homework and the opinion is fairly well backed.

not so sure about this. In general i hate epidemiologists. Hot water and cancer, both very debatable in what constitutes a level of hot water and what is a basis for causation of cancer and what level of mutagenesis is harmful and etc etc. especially when there are a fair level of protective mechanisms which need to be bypassed. I'm just not convinced.

Our family does secret Santa. I have my brother again this year, and I've gotten him Marni shirts in the past. It fits his body type and style (he has this roaring 20s boho thing. I think that he never got past graduate school in England.)

My wife is probably getting a leather portfolio this year, probably something from Loewe, which is in the $500 range, which is the usual range for Christmas gifts. Maybe some cashmere too. She likes Inhabit.
