Everytime I see a good outfit, 99% of the time it looks relevant to the person in one way or another, I think thats why Zissou's workwear looks good, it's somewhat relevant to his lifestyle. Other examples would be LabelKing, SoCal, Robbie, Barims, Neofinitia and of course Phat Guido, who basically wears his lifestyle.

Aside from being a rather tired argument, that makes me feel uncomfortable about your lifestyle...

Workwear looks bad when it's done out of obsession. You can wear head to toe WWM and EG and look stylish. You can also wear WWM and EG head to toe and look like a tool. Depends on how you do it. I don't like the "goth ninja" look, but the same brands under that umbrella can look killer when it's done well.

Never paid much attention to dress shoes other men wear until joining this forum and all the talk about square and pointy shoes. So this week I made a special effort to check out what everyone else was wearing at work...

In 2 years of living in Korea I still haven't seen a single Korean man wearing dress shoes that I'd want to wear. I don't blame them too much since foreign shoes are marked up and never go on sale, leaving them with pleather options basically.

Church's chetwynds go for like 1400000 krw which is like 1300 usd. Same with A. Testoni black and Ferragamo tremezzas. That's like John Lobb proxy territory. I think... But I liked that one du's sangpumshingwon. That was pretty cool.

Although it was not necessarily disparaging, a reader of mine called me pedantic for a post on my site in which I criticised a Uniqlo SA's love of tying neckties in a bow-like fashion I'm hardly opposed to eccentricity or experimentation in principle, but it still seems retarded

There actually is a John Lobb store in Seoul. I'm too afraid to even step inside due to the prices I bet things are at.

I will only wear jackets that have lapels; I love it when girls grab hold of them, perfect.

holy shit john lobb store. i heard the ladies at the high end stores in the original department stores stare you down if you don't look like you're wearing brand names. too scared to step inside.

but i have to say the short noona that wears the doc martens at the ann d store is honestly the nicest person i have ever met. i have a huge crush.

i think i saw kim jung eun try on some ro leathers at corso como.
