Are there workwear'ish grails now? I'm not trying to be an asshole (well, actually I am, about half, and then I'm half serious here) - it's not long ago that much of that stuff came out. Grail status used to refer to like, Dior Homme or Raf Simons from very limited production early seasons in like size 42P, 6 years after the fact - I did not think I'd live to see the day for workwear stuff to have grail items of its own.
