Well yeah but you just changed half of the outfit right there, I think the colors and fabrics play a big part too, a jogger would probably be all lycra'd out with some white ugly trainers, athletic jacket and a headband or something. As I said I've been wearing a variation of this when riding so I don't consider it as some hard to pull hard to get outfit and if joggers look like the pic above that's fine by me. ( why are the mandals incomprehensible though ?)
