I'm dealing with a situation involving a defective product of high value and a shop owner of unbelievable arrogance. I really want to just have my CC company reverse charge and trash this guy and his shop on here, but my better judgement says to let the guy have a chance to make it right (however arrogant and condescending he might be in the process.)
