I would say their quality has gone down a tad. The backpacks before were a lot better.

The @thenanyu was there.  He was not, however, the founder.  This place attracts a lot of guys who are interested in fashion, so it's not so surprising that a lot of them get into fashion in one form or another.  John Moy (Four Pins)'s first paying gig was with us.  Jian DeLeon also started here as a member.  Another member is an assistant of Patrik Ervell, there are a bunch of old time members who are designers of one sort or another.  One of Robert Geller's assistants was also a member here and on Sufu,  Small world.

Any recs for broad brim straw hat with open weave that won't make me look like a tool? For summerish activities. Once referred to as a van gogh hat around these parts I believe.

Quite right Fok, I was not a founder at Everlane, I am employee #6 (I think). I took over for the technical co-founder, and I have been running the technology team since late 2011.

I dont like the way he posts. Every time he answers customers concerns he throws out a bunch of both related and unrelated information to justify the situation and distract everyone. Something like the return of TOJ/Dan's family/Korean craftsman illness and holidays/restaurant story/ and now grey matter and 85% of what?

sure but at least he's providing some sort of communication to his customers (not optimal but better for his customers)

He's just testy because of the Distorbiant types, you see.

Quite partial to this eg one but a bit pricey for me.

So now we know about why refunds couldn't be done. Although if he actually communicated in the thread rather than ignoring things, this wouldn't have happened.

I'm glad questions are actually being answered though, and wow, 1m dollars in orders? damn

Speaking of Distorbiant, dude has not really posted anything for the past 2 months. His posts are actually quite hilarious. Still better than reading posts of CM guys and those who have nothing in order.
