Comfort provided by the amazing cotton transformative couture technology? Please. Tees are expensive because a brand has to keep coherent prices among its offerings + they piggyback on the prestige of the more complex/pricey pieces and can get sold for a lot=good profit margin. Materials and construction normally play a very minor role in this. I wear Uniqlo tees BTW but I have some Rick, Wings & horn and Lad Musician left and they're nothing special as far as "comfort" goes.

yah, unless we are talkin about label under construction ts or something than its a little more justified, although 1k for a shirt is lol. This is why I try to make sure I buy shirts with some design to them to justify the asking price. Or I just get some new shirts from someone who had buyers remorse cuz I am not doing $500 for a rick double layer lol

just get a screen printing kit and make your own. it's apparently not that difficult.

no joke i have a tee with a stenciled picture of lindsay lohan's mug shot on it. gf made it for me (after i requested it)
