Found out that the exterior wall in my building wardrobe was moist, so found the reason why and most likely the reason why I have been getting head aches, good thing I plan on moving soon.

Dude, move ASAP.

Yeah seriously. That sounds like it could be black or pink mold.

I know what mold looks like and there's no mold on the wall (yet), luckily it's a rental so the landlord is obliged by law to fix it immediately if it was.

It's an unisolated concrete wall and I removed the wallpaper earlier, so only time will tell.

if I can be born again i'd definitely want to be a 46-48. In the past half a year or so, probably 5% of all b&s listings on all sites are of bigger sizes, and probably 5% of those are any good. Not to mention all the asian sites that only stock S/M. I was always among the average in height and build among my class, peers, etc, but when I walked into the Lane Crawford flagship store and found like 2 pieces that fit me from the entire store I realized I'm a monstrous deformity who will never fit into asian people's clothes despite being asian.

Yeah, our last place had mold. It started inside one of the walls, then down under our carpet, and onto my bookcase. I lost a bunch of books, got horribly freaked out, and had my living room essentially quarantined for two weeks. The neat part was that a mushroom grew in the carpet.

I've handled a few mold cases in Southern California. A few things to keep in mind:

1. There are several different kinds of mold, and only a few are harmful, the rest are just a nuisance (but you won't get sick).

2. Harmful molds still need to become airborne to make you sick. Thus if, for instance, you have mold on the inside of your walls, you should remediate it but you probably don't need to move out if they contain the area where they're working. You can even have mold on your wall that is exposed to the air and you might not have airborne particles. If it's not airborne, you won't get sick, unless you literally were to start licking the affected area, at which point you deserve it.

3. If you do have harmful airborne mold, it will probably make you sick. But, as soon as you get out of the house, your symptoms will go away.

4. There used to be a lot of frivolous mold cases with inflated damages being sought to the point where, at least in CA, the insurance companies started excluding it from coverage under their policies. The part of the plaintiff's bar that was previously bringing all the mold cases has seemed to mostly move on to habitability cases, but I still get the occasional mold claim brought by an attorney who is very confused/frustrated about why the insurance company won't cut his client a check.

So I found a listing for a suit on YJP, but i'm not at all interested in the jacket just the pants. I was thinking of getting in contact with the seller to see if I could buy just the pants.  Anyone here have any experience doing something like that? Guess I would have to use a proxy for contact? Any help appreciated as I haven't really bought of YJP or used any proxies before.

You would need to use a shopping service who's comfortable asking such a question, but I would say that the chances of your offer being accepted are pretty slim. Breaking up the set could damage its value dramatically.

Which suit is it?

http://page9.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/k181356300 This is the specific listing, I would be willing to pay more than what the pants are worth in the set for them as i'm aware that breaking it up could damage the price.

Hmm, they seem to be sold as separates (each piece has its own tag), so there's no full suit to hurt the value of, nameen? Of course, in Japan, trousers can only legally separate from their jacket if they can prove the jacket has been unfaithful or abusive.

Speaking of which, anyone know of a proxy service for China? There seem to be plenty for Japan, but I haven't stumbled across any that are pan-Asian.
