The quality on Yang Li is good @pickpackpockpuck , but the designs are rather difficult to wear? for the small collection of menswear at least, the prices are astronomical. Haider on the other hand makes a lot more wearable garments for both men and women. Flamboyant as his overall aesthetic may be, but still easy to incorporate into ones closet. Most of the offerings are good, although some of the items are piss poor in construction like some of the trousers.

Was about to buy a nice Inis Meain cardigan, but then realized that I would wear it 3x/year. Meh.

^It's not about wearing it. It's about having it. Get on board, man.

Some of their fabrics are cool. But going on and on about Thomas Mason and how great it is and aren't we stoked to offer it. And then charging the same price as the retailers they supposedly exist to challenge strikes me as absurd.
That's the only bad example. Look at any of Gustin's other shirt offerings, and you get (presumably) wonderful fabrics, a choice of fits, and high armholes for the price of a Gitman on substantial sale. I just ordered my first shirt from them (slim fit, thank you), and will happily blow out all of my Gitmans on B&S if it works out.

Fair enough. I'll await your report (for reals).

Though personally I think GVB fit like shit anyway, despite incredible fabrics.

Is there really more of a market for OCBDS or other non-fashunz button down shirts?

If I need beaters I go to Uniqlo.

If I want something dressier I go to Kamakura.

Beefier I go to WvG or Epaulet or BBBF.

Baller I go to Thom Browne or CM brands (the Mazzarelli shirts I picked up from NMWA are noticeably nicer than anything else I own shirt wise).

Don't even bother with Gitman or BoO anymore.

I'm actually debating between Butteros or Story et Fall as a pair of beaters. Was waiting for @reedobandito to receive his but looks like his shipment was delayed. Or maybe they just stole his money and are lying to him.

I stop at uniqlo.  Save the monies for shoos and jakets

RFT: That feeling you get when you set a limit for how much you'll spend on an item, then it goes for $20 over. Fuck responsible budgeting sometimes.

My go to for OCBDs is solely Uniqlo :embar:

Granted, I've had the same oxfords for years and they've kept me content. Quality is superb for the price

There could definitely be more options, no doubt.

With that said, selection is great if you're boring like myself and only wear white/grey/blue

Can't remember who it was the other day, but someone noticed the price difference on an RO leather that was close to, or a bit over $1K USD, was only about $470 USD in the Russian ruble equivalent.

I need to ask my family to place some orders.

Don't PM me. I won't help you.
