This for a pair of $30 sneakers that cost $15 to ship (which he's not paying for, but that's not his fault). Thought "I'll google this asshole. I bet he's an asshole." First hit: an hourlong presentation he gave--this is the first slide.

This suggests that you dress like a creationist.

Or that he's trying to stop dressing like a creationist by selling off his creationist-friendly clothing.

bank transfer is good if you're proxying from a store and there's no time limit.
thanks, thats a bit reassuring, was under the impression that from japan only took bank wire as deposit in order to be able to bid on y!jp

I pay by CC with From Japan and think it works great. When you put your deposit in it just appears as a pending charge on your CC. If you don't win the bid you can then just release the funds and the pending charge goes away. Can take a few days for that but it's really simple. I also find their shipping and fees to be really good.

Please take SWD group photo at the trunk show. No, actually just take pictures of Sipang. Thanks.

It rained all day today here in nyc. All I could think about as I looked out the window was how I didn't have any Acronym...

There's a Jil knit I want to buy.

Totokaleo had it in a 48, my usual size, but it was so small I couldn't get it on.

Went back and asked to try on a 50, but that was too small as well. They didn't have a 52.

Mr Porter had it in a 52, but in a different color than what I want, but it was too big, not even "slouchy" SF approved, just huge on me, shoulders and length.

So, now I'm totally confused: Either I can't wear Jil knits, which at 6', 165 seems odd or the sales guy at Toto didn't really bring me 50. Or Jil sizing is super weird. Or all three.

Jil knit sizing is wildly inconsistent in my limited experience.

used to be super consistent when raf was there, all my stuff is 52 and the two that were oversized are 50

since he left it all went to shit

The metallic knits ran so small frown.gif
