Might be a joke sailing over my head but that's a fairly common Hindi name

Anyone got any sick Halloween costumes? I'm thinking of going as Daria because I love wearing skirts and boots

Bad joke and I didn't make that connection.

With your bubbly personality, you might make a better Quinn.

(hint hint @conceptual 4est hint hint)

I don't know, my memories of U-ni-ty are racks and racks of it heavily discounted at Century 21 and Loehmann's maybe 5-7 years ago, and it didn't impress me enough then to buy any of it at the time (and I was easier to please in those days).  Or maybe I did and just haven't held onto it, which doesn't say much for it either.  I just had another quick glance and it seems fine but pretty nondescript, and a quick Yoox search reveals [virtual] racks and racks of it on there.

There's just not enough going on for it to make it a worthy addition to the site I don't think.  With a name that bad it would have to be absolutely stellar to consider it anyway haha

I've been impressed with the stuff I tried (from Yoox, of course). The workmanship is solid and the fabrics + treatments were really cool. Maybe they've improved since 5-7 years ago?

Either way, if there's a line that jives with the current direction SWD has taken, it's U-ni-ty. Rough-textured fabrics that still feel soft, traditional menswear shapes that have been subtly fucked with, etc. Y'all should try the stuff on Yoox if you're bored at work or something

edit: synth's pitti writeup does it more justice than I can. Gotta say I'm a bit surprised with how negative c4's experience was, cause everything I've handled has been great.

@magicalporks You can fix your mistake now by getting a white 5-zip!

Baldwin denim used to make them. Doesn't look like they do any more though.

apc still goes down to like a 24 waist iirc, so might still work for some kids
