Wait, no one else is going to tackle this one? How is it that your friends and family have drummed up these assumptions based on your clothes? You've got a subdued wardrobe, even by normal standards (not a bad thing, mind you). I wear ridiculously stupid prints but the only time I've ever been called effeminate was when I was wearing my hoodcoat. It's ok though cause the girl was fat.

aw, shucks. thanks guys. I'm not a very good photographer but I like to shoot things and people that catch my eye, but I try to keep the sense that you're just like glancing over for a second. Not in like a voyeuristic sense at all, just in a "casually walking down the street and I turn my head over" sense.
I'm not sure if that comes through always but I hope to improve so there is a clear direction like that. The blog just gives me a reason to keep doing it.
