So going to add creatine to my diet again (have not taken it for about 8 months). Back in the day I used to take regular old mono (back when thats all there was). I didnt really like it, the bloating, water weight, and massive amounts of sugar mixed with it all sucked!
Then I switched to CEE (specifically Cell-Mass), and the stuff was great. However since then hydrochloride & kre alkalyn have hit the market so I now have no idea what to go with....
Mono is really out, yeah its cheap but I'd rather spend a bit more and avoid the water weight/bloating/puffyness look.
Any thoughts? should I just go back to CEE? does pill or powder matter?
