It's ok from time to time w. onions or garlic. I prefer liver pâté.

My issue is that it is SOOO hard to find good liver pate. Sometimes the grocery stores around me will carry the freshly made european-style stuff, otherwise the packaged stuff is hit or miss. My favorite packaged liver pate was actually some 99p stuff at a convenience store in London.
