http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=81722 Lately I've been making my own naan and a mutter dish with potatoes, onions, red and green peppers, and, of course, pees. I'll take half a can of pees, puree in a food processor, and then combine the pureed half with the whole half with the other vegetables while cooking. Season with turmeric, yellow curry, cumin, cayenne, salt, pepper, and finish with fresh cilantro.

When I'm lazy I take a rice & something else box (typically Zatarain's low sodium red beans & rice) and just add a bunch of stuff - cheese, sliced sausage, diced onions, mushrooms, garlic, etc.... Tastes great, add about five minutes extra to the cooking time for all the extra stuff and wait to add the cheese until about the t-minus five minutes mark.

Seared fish and pasta. The fish and pasta are interchangeable so it keeps things interesting. Yesterday was actually mussels (OMG I ATE A MOLLUSK), but today was tilapia and farfalle with peas.
