I've seen women draped in nothing other than caviar who look plenty appealing to me.

I could care little, what else they chose to wear.

When I suggested to these female respondents that it was preposterous of women to moan about badly dressed men when they themselves credited them far higher than those who practice clothing perfection, they agreed: it is preposterous, they said, and it makes absolutely no sense that somehow their sexual mind should prefer scruff over splendour.
Women... in a nutshell.

It is unlikely that you will actually meet this woman, rendering your opinion moot.

You could try to convince your next date to cover herself with deviled eggs, which are more economical and widely available.

If you dress well and cant attract women, then its not because of what your wearing.

In fairness to my friendship with the author, I'll post my actual thoughts on the article at the site itself. I will admit, inspired by the quoted post, that he once saw me attract a girl in an outfit so misjudged, I didn't post it here (or even on SW&D) - make of that what you will...

In general, he's also aware that his research isn't an exact science, and in fact welcomes any debate that this may inspire if picked up on

Generally, yes. But both he and I live in London, where you can easily have both kinds in the same office, bar, pub club and social scene, any time of the night and week, so you can appreciate that this would influence his perspective

True, though having an offbeat or in-between approach, as both he and I have, can exude a certain appeal - I'm often told by girls that I don't dress like any private (/public) school graduate they've met before, despite these roots exerting an influence on my outfits, and they'll often initiate a conversation by commenting on part, or all of my attire. In fact, it's a good ice breaker

LabelKing is reportedly a good example of "just right"

If one's highest priority in dressing is to appeal to women, then just tape stacks of money to your naked skin and confidently stride into their midst.
