i have a screenshot above that shows them taking a fee for personal with credit card. can you post a screenshot showing no fee?

You'll just have to take my word for it

There was no "who is going to pay the fee" option when I sent, and the recipient got all of the money.

"Fee", sure, but if it's a flat rate of say $2... or even if it's a percentage, as long as it's less then the 5% or whatever you can earn with a GIC then I still don't know what that wouldn't work...
