Hey this is the bag I'm talking about...It's actually a "Traveling Bag", not a briefcase.
Well, again, it's not something for which I'd shell out $275. Surely someone makes just as good a plain ballistic nylon computer/travel bag for less, just without a red rubber strip on it. (Personally, I'd buy one of those, then put on a strip of rubber in another color"”say, green"”and etch in the letters, "NADA.")
In general, I wouldn't encourage buying designer stuff off eBay.
I've had mostly good luck buying (and selling) designer stuff on eBay, but I have a decent eye for the fake stuff, and I'm not very interested in items that are easily faked, anyway. (Prada, Gucci, and D&G accessories are amongst the most common bootleg items. If it's that nondescript to start with, why would I even want the original?) I also never bid terribly high, figuring that, at worst, I'll have gotten what I paid for. On a few occasions, I've purchased items that were not properly measured, but in every such case I've had my money refunded by the seller. Have you really been badly burned by eBay dealers?
