Biotene has been recommended to me several times. Never tried it though.

I have the same problem. I've used Tom's of Maine and liked it. I also got a tube of Orajel from my dentist. They recommended rubbing it on my gums before bed. Not sure it helped, though.

Crest Pro Health Alcohol free for sure... listerene makes my mouth all nasty and pro health actually feels like clean and fresh... And if you are waking up with the symptoms of dehydration and you are sure that you are drinking enough water daily, you should see a doctor. You may also consider using dry mouth products which are natural, and are specially formulated for dry mouth sufferers.

Just got done trying Tom's peppermint, BreathRx regular and sensitive. Tom's isn't bad, the BreathRx regular had a nice tingling "bacteria burning" effect but it tastes "blue" is the best way to describe it, the sensitive has a horrid Spearmint taste. So far, I'm leaning towards the BreathRx regular.
