A Few Good Men, Rain Man, and The Color of Money are all FINE performances, and I actually liked Jerry Maguire a lot too. I was a huge Cameron Crowe fan, but he lost me with Vanilla Sky. He should not do remakes. His writing is his strength.

I think part of my ambiguity with cruise is the -- overhype? -- that happens with his roles. But yes, he was good in those films as well.
