The title says it all.
Exactly three weeks ago, I bought a Blackjack II phone for $84 shipped. Quite a stretch for me, but it made practical financial sense.
Won the auction three weeks ago, got the phone 3-5 days afterwards. Today, it died. It will not take incoming or outgoing calls or data connections, and says "Emergency Service". Spent an hour on the phone with AT&T tech support. Researched the issue on the internet. The phone is dead and not under warranty due to an antenna issue on the circuit board. Paid by Paypal.
What do you do, if anything, and why?
