How much do you sleep? - Page 4

Eight hours or so, but the GF says I snore something awful (she wears earplugs) I always seem tired though, but sleeping more than 8 hours is something I just don't have time for.

7-8 is perfect but usually only get 6.

I sleep 5-6 hours consistently and have rarely ever slept more than that. 8 hours is pretty extreme for me. Usually that much or more sleep means I'm seriously ill.

Went 6 days w/out once.

Got wacky (ier?).

I feel much better when I get 7-8 hours a night.

Usually in bed by 10:30-11:00 and up by 6:00 a.m.

Any less and I am cranky - any more and I'm groggy all day.

6-7 hours a night, maybe a small nap in the afternoon

The best part of waking up, is not Folgers in your cup, but knowing that Chuck Norris didn't kill you in your sleep.

I usually sleep for 8 hours just because this is the recommended amount of time. Lately tho I cant get enough sleep. I lie in bed for at least 8 hours but I cant say I sleep during the whole time. It takes me about 1 hour just to fall asleep. lol this topic makes us all look like grannies.
