I work in the field. I've seen many men who have had nose jobs, most are not satisfied with the results. I would only go get one if your nose is very thick and bulbous or otherwise some kind of ginormous atrocity or crooked...most have unrealistic expectations.

My friend's sister got a noser done in high school. She looked like someone went Mike Tyson on her face - heavy bruising and swelling for at least a couple of weeks if I recall.

My ex girlfriend got a nose job..... the reason she is my ex is because the nose job made her look so much better... she dumped me for some better looking guy. lol

I think nose jobs are great if u need one. Shit, you only live once.

Conne's nose is a carbon copy of Bubba Clinton. I would think that with his career aspirations, he would want to keep it.

I have had my nose broken five times, throughout my life (and possibly a couple more). Other than repositioning it and twice cleaning out scar tissue, the Docs haven't done much other than just allow my body to heal itself. Fortunately, my wife likes the rugged, mangled look!

You need a personality job. Unfortunately those usually can't be purchased with your parent's or Kabbaz's money. You might consider volunteering for the Peace Corps or doing mission work in South America or something. Would probably be more helpful to you than a different nose, which in your case is ultimately a completely vain persuit and will likely not have any outward effect in how people see you.
Tokyo Slim has been one of my favorite posters lately.

Nothing. Agreed.

That's good advice to any man considering the procedure. Arguably, it makes sense to do a rhinoplasty in a less severe case if a septoplasty is needed. Finally, regarding material stuffed up the nose in surgery, today "packing is not necessary in most cases."
