Googling oneself

What is the acceptable level of self-googling and should one feel guilty for doing so?

Disclosure: self-google around once every 6 months, mostly in a drunken, melancholic and nostalgic stupor searching for proof of past successes.

I initially thought this was about ogling onself. If one is decked out in some fine office pants and an office jacket, then ogling self regularly is acceptable imo.

I have to find out what is out there about me. Also to find out if any of my posts here are somehow associated with my full name.
