haircut advice please

Hi. I'd like to try a new hairstyle, but I'm not sure what would suit my face shape and such. I have pretty high cheek bones and a longer face; I've had my hair in a fauxhawkish shape for a while, but could use a change.



I was thinking maybe something James Deanish, but I have a feeling that might look horrible. . .

You already have that covered. Just about anything would look better than your current do which looks pretty bad even as fauxhawks go.
