He is a 10D in one shoe, and a 10.5 in almost all others, so a 43.5 makes perfect sense.  I am a 10D in most shoes and my three pair of Vass - all different lasts - all fit me well in a 43. Not that complicated.

Look when I was interested in my first Vass I wasn't even registered and read the thread, everything is here including beautiful pictures. Just go to the beginning of the thread and look, Luk cha, kolecho, gdl. Etc.

Ok, people can say they are busy and don't have time for that stuff, but again, you go 10 pages back and will find everything over and over.

Now that I'm at it, go to the first 10-20 pages of most longer threads and you will realize how much better and less tedious they were, except maybe the G&G thread, that one is more brutal every day and is affecting my wallet.

Most people are lazy. You're more diligent than the typical member.

Well, it's nearly a 400 page thread and was started back way back in 2009. There's no reason someone coming to it for the first time (and new to the forum as well) should expect that a particular question has been answered in either the first 10 pages or the last 10 pages. 

What would be helpful is if all that info were easily accessible on the Vass website.

To be fair, googling "vass shoes price list" leads you to here: http://www.vass-cipo.hu/Arlista/VassCipoArlistaEng.pdf , which gives a fair indication of current pricing. Also the contact information is readily available on the website through the 'contact' link.

If you go to the Vass web site, none of the headings lead you directly to a price list.  I'm still not sure how you get to that price list pdf file from the home page of the web site itself. 

And not everyone wants to contact a manufacturer directly just to get an idea of price range.  That might make them lazy in the estimation of some.  Not in mine.  It's not unreasonable to assume that thread participants would be able to provide a quick answer to a simple quetion (as you did, if not for that reason).

I think that's a fair point too.

What might be helpful would be a "sticky" thread of shoe references that's always at the top, containing links to brochures, price lists, last shape comparisons, etc.  No pics, just attached files for each maker in alphabetical order.  In fact, I will post this in the suggestions thread right now.
